The Position: Medical Staff Coordinator

Employment Status: Full Time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 70

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage physician on-call schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for service lines
• Ensuring a smooth provider-focused onboarding
• Coordinates outreach services

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of health care administration, business administration or another related field
• Excellent public relations, human relations, and conflict resolution skills

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Medical Staff Coordinator to join our I CARE team in the Medical Staff Services Department setting. Essential duties of the position include coordinating and managing physician on-call scheduling, physician onboarding and coordinating of outreach program.
